Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Service to

• Engage in any illegal or unlawful activities.

• Violate any laws or regulations, including but not limited to intellectual property laws, privacy laws, and data protection laws.

• Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Content: You are solely responsible for the content you generate, share, or distribute using our Service. We do not endorse or have control over user-generated content and are not responsible for its accuracy, reliability, or legality.

Payments

Payment Terms: Users agree to pay us 10% of the revenue generated from their OnlyFans sales of pictures and videos.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via:

• Bank wire transfer (in USD or EUR)

• Cryptocurrencies

• PayPal transfer

• Any other payment method mutually agreed upon by both parties

Payment Schedule: Payments are to be made on a bi-weekly basis. Details of payment schedules will be agreed upon during the onboarding process.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We are committed to providing reliable Service with a guaranteed response time for technical issues:

Support Availability: Our customer support team is available to address any issues within 8 working hours from the time a problem is reported. Our support team can be reached via email at [email protected].

Issue Resolution: We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve reported issues within the specified timeframe. However, the resolution time may vary depending on the complexity of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

No Liability for User Conduct: We are not responsible or liable for how you or any other user uses the Service, including any interactions with OnlyFans or other third-party platforms.

Service Availability: While we strive to ensure the Service is available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

Indirect Damages: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service.

• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.

Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.
